I'll be moving to a new flat on 3rd Jan and looking to sublet my previous room for the month. It's a super large south-west facing room on the 7th floor with its own bathroom. It comes with ample wardrobe space and furniture, but not the desk in the photos.

It's in a new build block with a concierge and bike store, just north of the canal in central King's Cross, and the balcony overlooks the canal. The station is a 10-15 min walk away and there's a Co-op right across the street. Council band is F and included in the list price, along with all bills.

I'm also open to short term stays on a per-night pro-rata of the monthly price!
