Hi All. Not entirely sure how this works lol but both my flatmates are moving out at failry short notice. I have one mate who is keen to move into the third room but not confirmed as of yet. The Room is a decent size for zone 1 and across the street from Farringdon station. In terms of cost also negotiable on that too. Again happy to meet up and discuss further with those interested. Ideally we can confirm ASAP as both my current flatmates are wanting to confirm exit on 5th March. Unfortunately I only have videos of the flat so feel free to email me for those.
