We're looking for someone to take our housemate Ana's room while she's away in Brazil for the winter.

The room
The room is a small furnished double in a large three bedroom maisonette right next to Regent's Park. The flat is located about a 10 minute walk from Mornington Crescent, Camden Town, Euston, Euston Square, Great Portland Street and Baker Street stations. The flat is bright, airy with a minimal modern design and has a huge living room and kitchen (unusual in Central London). There is wifi in Ana's room but we are looking to improve the connection.

About us
You'd be sharing with two British guys, Thom & Scott. Thom is 41, a mental health social worker, interests include design, philosophy and classic sports cars. Scott is 34, a musician and artist songwriter, interests include the arts and coffee. Scott is often away for work. We are both fairly laid back.

About you
We're looking someone of a similar age who likes to live in line with our principles of clean, tidy and considerate, not someone who thinks they can adjust to fit in. We'd prefer someone who doesn't work from home. No couples. Previous landlord references are preferable. The room might be best suited to a postgrad student given sublet coincides with term time and our flat is within a 15 minute walk from the universities in Bloomsbury.

The sublet arrangement
The sublet is from the beginning of Oct 26 until Apr 27 with the possibility of a similar duration sublet from around Oct 27 onwards if needed. The rent inclusive of bills will be £1100 payable on the 1st of every calendar month. The deposit is £600 payable before the move in date, which will be returned within fifteen days after you move out provided there are no damages. If either side wish to end the sublet before Apr 27, at least one calendar month notice must be given.

If you think the above arrangement is a match, please message us with a brief description of yourself that addresses the points above. We are not in a rush to fill the room and the move in dates could be flexible for the right person. We plan to respond to everyone either way on Monday 28th Sep, holding room viewings in 30 min slots on Tuesday 29th Sep from 18.30 to 21.00. If we don't find the right person by this date, we will keep the advert up until we do.
