I am looking for a female housemate, to move in on 5th February. This bright, large double bedroom is recently painted and fitted with new carpet also comes with a private en-suite bathroom. The room has a brand new 3 piece bedroom set (wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table) providing plenty of storage, a double bed and a small office desk.

The monthly price includes all bills, such as fibre optic broadband, heating, water, electric etc., and gives access to the private gym and private garden.

This flat is on the 1st floor of a very secure gated community of flats on Harrow on the Hill. This flat has the added benefit of an on-site concierge/estate-manager. A cleaner also cleans the exterior of the complex regularly and the gardens are very well maintained.

The living room is large and overlooks the private gardens. The kitchen is open-plan and has recently been redecorated. There is also a piano if you are musically inclined.

It is a 5 minute bus journey (10 minute walk) to South Harrow train station and a 10 minute bus journey (15-20 minute walk) to Harrow on the Hill station. Both bus stops are located directly outside of the complex. There are 5 amazing restaurants, Spanish, Italian, Indian on the Hill, about 5 minute walk away from the flat and two convenience stores. A big Waitrose supermarket is also about 12 minutes walk away from the flat.

The size of the entire 2 bedroom flat is 920 square feet.
The room is large and overlooks no neighbours, very quiet and private.
