The house is modern, bright and well maintained, with a large kitchen/diner, garden, modern bathroom with separate bath and shower, utility room and downstairs WC. There is also on street parking available.

The bedroom is a really good size and is furnished with a super-king bed, wardrobes and dressing table, giving you plenty of space to make yourself at home. Bills, council tax and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, so there are no unexpected household costs to worry about.

The house is in a convenient location, around 10 minutes from North Harrow station, with good transport links and local shops and amenities nearby.

I live in the house myself with my daughter (adult) so this would suit someone looking for a friendly, clean and peaceful home rather than a busy house share. I’m looking for a considerate, tidy person who would enjoy living in a comfortable home and who is happy to share the kitchen and other communal areas.

I have a cat, so you would need to be comfortable living with a pet.
