Located on the boundary between St John's Wood and Maida Vale, it's close to Edgware Road tube with Warwick Avenue, Paddington and Baker Street a further 10 minute walk away. Regent's Park, Little Venice and the West End are also all nearby so its handy for getting to work or going out.
