• Light cleaning/tidying of shared areas (surface daily checks +Dyson vacuum + weekly clean)
• Laundry and room linen changes
• Preparing the bedrooms (15 minutes), and being home for female Airbnb guest check-ins (mature students and young professionals, who are often mostly out).

Tasks are simple, flexible, and fully guided.
