Hey! I’m looking for someone to join me & my two cats on the lease of my gorgeous 3 bed (only 2 occupied, one used as guest room/storage/laundry) from around July 8th, possibly sooner.
The flat is on Hamilton Terrace in St John’s Wood/Little Venice. I’ve lived here for 2 years & I adore the area. It’s super safe & the road even has overnight security patrolling, so walking home late is no problem. There are great links to the Bakerloo line at Warwick Ave or Maida Vale only 10 mins walk away or St John’s Wood on the jubilee around 12 mins walk.
The bedroom is a good size double & can be furnished or unfurnished, completely up to you. The Juliette balcony doors open up to a lovely view of the gardens & you get great light all day long.
The flat comes with a large bathroom with a separate soaking bath tub, plus another toilet upstairs off the spare room where the separate washing machine & dryer are. There’s loads of storage in the eves here too & I have a day bed which pulls out into a king for guests.
There’s air con in the flat which is great as it’s on the top two floors, so hot summer days & nights are very comfortable. It also has a pretty roof terrace with space to lounge & dine.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, & wine fridge & is a lovely space to cook in.
I’m ideally looking for someone also in their 30’s, but I’m open to younger/older. A cat lover is a must as my Persian & British Shorthair indoor boys live in the flat.
I work in a hybrid role so I do work from home some days, but there are periods where I’m out working long hours or travelling.
The rent would be £1550 monthly
Council tax is around £80 each
And all other bills, gas, electric, water & wifi come to roughly £150 which is with ac running in summer & keeping the house warm all winter.
