We're looking for a third housemate to join our flat near Edgware Road from end of November/early December.

The flat is in a fantastic central London location, with excellent transport links. Edgware Road station is just a short walk away, while Paddington Station and the Elizabeth Line are also nearby, making it easy to get across London and beyond.

You'll be living with two sociable professional males in their 20s who enjoy sports, keeping active, and heading to the pub for a few drinks at the weekend. The flat has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere where everyone's independent but enjoys spending time together from time to time.

We're ideally looking for someone who is:
* Friendly and easy-going
* Clean and considerate
* A working professional
* Keen to be part of a social household rather than just renting a room

The room will be available from the end of November/early December, and we'd love to find someone who's a good fit for the flat.
