The nitty gritty:
The apartment was renovated in summer 2024, with a new kitchen, bathroom, floors and doors, and painted throughout. Hallways freshly repainted in August 2026. It's fully furnished with new crockery and pans.

The flat is on the market for sale, which is why I only offer short stays of up to 6 months.

Looking for someone tidy and considerate, a non-smoker and one who travels light.
