Hey, I am looking to sublet my room for the month of November while I am travelling from 23rd October to 4th December.

However, I haven’t booked my flight yet so can be a bit flexible on move in dates and sublet the room for 1.5 months starting from 15th October to 4th December.

The location is spectacular for anyone who is a tourist or looking to explore the city. The house is located at 5 mins walk from Euston, Warren Street, Camden, and Great Portland tube stations. As well as it is only 10 mins walk to Marylebone, Tottenham Court road, Oxford street and 20 mins walk to Soho. The location is also close to 10 mins walk to UCL or 20 mins to LSE.

The house has two bathrooms, one kitchen and a living room. The room comes with all the amenities. My flatmates are nice and kind.

I am looking forward for someone nice and tidy to takeover my room for the specified time period.

Rent for one month will be 1200 and if you wish to sublet for more than a month we can negotiate and work out rent accordingly.
