The room comes with fresh bedding for its single bed, desk/chair/fitted wardrobe, couple of 'flying' shelves. It is perfect for a Master's student. (You will be required to prove your student status.) The building is opposite Warren St tube on Tottenham Court Rd. I have lived here for many years and love it because even though it is a busy area, the building is modern, quiet and safe. And of course it is VERY well located so I get to walk or run (sadly, not very fast though!) everywhere. The flat is fully-furnished and has all mod cons (fully equipped kitchen, two x WC's, large living room). The rent includes bills/wifi.

I'm looking for a FEMALE, NON-SMOKING STUDENT to share with. You MUST have good personal hygiene, be clean and tidy and appreciate cats that are sociable, a bit lazy but also a bit crazy - I have two of them.

I love my quiet, clean and tidy home. I'm respectful of your space and would want someone with these values. Viewings available by appointment ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: The room is for FEMALE STUDENTS ONLY. Any religion/colour/creed/sexuality as long as you believe in treating all humans equally. You can view from now on and move in after 3 JANUARY 2026. You will need to pay a month's deposit and a month's rent prior to moving in. The deposit if of course refundable and I am happy to put you in touch with past roomies who can confirm everything I have written here.
