Its a fantastic home for anyone looking to live in the centre of London with a lively community on the Regents Canal between Camden and Little Venice.
Lisson Grove is in a prime location close to Marylebone, Baker St and St John's Wood stations and just 5 mins walk to Regent's Park.

The boat includes a small garden space directly opposite the boat. The mooring/garden is south facing and so gets loads of sun throughout the day. The mooring is locked to public access from early evening until morning each day.
Morgana is laid out with a good sized galley at the bow, leading through to a living area with a drop down table that can be lowered for dining purposes and then pulled back up to create more space. The dining table allows for an eight person seating. The living room area can be also converted into an extra guest bed allowing for more people to sleep on the boat. There is a fire place in the living room which then leads to the fully equipped kitchen which includes a gas hob, oven, fridge and washing machine, sink and large amounts of storage space. The large bathroom is equipped with a full sized bath with overhead shower, a natural stone basin and a compost toilet. Finally at the stern of the boat is the cabin with double bed and hanging storage and at the end the engine room with a newly refurbished BMC engine
The engine room also has space for extra storage.
Morgana has a compost toilet which means that you will not need to visit the Elsan waste disposal in Little Venice.

A new bilge pump and water pump has been recently installed and the boat has been fitted with new wall radiators to keep you warm in the winter.

Move in date is from 8th of February. Minimum stay is 2 months and can be extended depending on if the boat is sold or not.
Please note that our narrowboat has also been for sale for the past year but sales are slow and we can work out a fair living arrangement with whoever is interested.
