My flatmate is moving out of her room so ideally I’d like someone to take over her room. I’m happy to look for new stuff but it feels too good to give up. our flat is in marylebone , 2 min from marylebone station and 5 min from baker street !! we pay around £1800 each (flexible, as this room is a bit smaller than the one i live in) im super tidy, i have a trustworthy cleaner that comes over every 2/3 weeks. im happy to have a social flat, I recently started playing tennis and go to yoga nearby. Im on my last year of uni but will definitely be staying in London for another 2 years, so ideally hoping to find someone long term. Some days im barely home as i like to be out a lot. Shared bathroom but its super spacious and wasn’t an issue so far. Lovely estate agents that are super helpful as well :)
