Hi! I have a room available in my flat for short- or long-term rent. There are two furnished double rooms, and you can choose whichever one you prefer. The flat is bright and airy It’s in a great area, just a 5-minute walk from Regent’s Park, NW1.

I’ll be repainting the rooms before move-in and doing a bit of redecorating as well. Rent is £1,400 per month, all bills included.
