My current flatmate is relocating for a job in Paris, so this is a rare chance to live in one of London’s most sought-after locations, surrounded by some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, bars and shops.

The room itself is generously sized, filled with natural light, and has direct access to a small outside space. The flat is split across two levels, with a large open-plan living and kitchen space upstairs leading onto a second outdoor area - perfect for morning coffee or winding down after work.

The flat is on the 5th floor, so there are plenty of stairs involved, but it keeps us active and the views are worth it.
