Own room in shared house. Four other people. Shared siiting room, kitchen, bathroom and shower room. Rent includes all bills. 20 min. walk into town. 5 mins to bus stop. The current EPC is F but that is wrong. The EPC states single glazing. It is not. The whole property is double glazed. It also states 'no boiler thermostat'. Not true. There is a boiler thermostat. You will obviously be able to see for yourself if you choose to view. Post code WV3 9NP
There is a garden, which the tenants are responsible for.
It is a quiet house and I expect the same from any new tenant. Be respectful of living in a shared house.
