Hi I need someone to take over my tenancy due to personal reasons. Tenancy April 1st to July 31st 2026 and the you can also secure another room in the property for August 2026-July 2027.

I’ve been with this landlord for two years and he’s brilliant. There are three bathrooms in the house, living room diner area and a kitchen. The drive holds six cars and the people who currently live here are lovely. The house is a five minute walk from St. John’s campus and it has a few shops around the area to access. UK guarantor is required as a cosigner. Please no time wasters. Professionals can apply, but they will need to also pay for council tax. This does not apply for students and bills are also included.
