Housemate wanted for a stunning 4 bedroom house in Osbaldwick. area of York.

The house is about a 15 minute walk to campus east and on a bus route to the Uni and into York..
The house is extremely well maintained and situated in a lovely area.
There is a small garden which is maintained by the landlord.
Honestly - the house is fantastic!
The rent is £190 per week inclusive of bills.
The tenancy will run from 1st July 2024 to 26th June 2025.
Also have to add that the landlords are fantastic!
