We are looking for 2 STUDENTS to take over our flat from April until August 30th when the tenancy ends.
PRICE: The property is £210 per week per person. All bills included. The exact price is dependent on when you want to move in. Which can be calculated if need be. Approximately a one-off payment of £4,200 would be due before moving reduced from £5,600. This will be the first and only payment. To reiterate the price will lower from mid-late April etc to around £3,900. As a result of, a later move in the price will continue to decrease. For a 2 bed lease, this is a great deal, as we have paid the majority of rent.
The flat is situated in Lawrence Street. It is 9 mins from the Uni of York., 20 mins from YSJ via public transport. It is a 10-15 min walking distance from the city centre. There is a common room, gym cinema and vending machine. It is a modern property with lots of space and is great for 2 friends or a couple.
