I'm looking for someone to replace me in a lovely, spacious house on Tang Hall Lane., as I will be leaving to commence a yearlong Internship on the 2nd July 2024,

The other 3 flatmates are male and very chill, tidy and really easy to get along with. The atmosphere in the house is cosy and home-like and feels very spacious and relaxed.

It is a decent sized house - managed by Sinclair Properties of York - and is

1.7 miles from the city centre - it’s a 30 minute walk but there is a good bus service (no.6) to/from Tang Hall;
1.2 miles from the University of York;
and 1 mile from York St. John.

My room is very spacious and comes with a 3/4 bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side cabinet, desk and shelf space.

There is an upstairs bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and sink) and a downstairs toilet, as well as a living room (2 sofas, dining table, TV and storage space).

The kitchen comes with sufficient storage space with various cupboards, hob and oven, sink, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

There is also a back garden and a driveway to park a car.
