Hi. I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy on Lamel Street in a terrace house near the West Campus of UoY. It is a single room in a 3 bedroom house. Available for roughly a 3-month tenancy.

Rent is £400, bills are £44 +/- roughly per month (including wifi, electricity, water, etc). The house is occupied by busy, quiet and tidy undergraduate and post-graduate students.

I am a 2nd Year Undergraduate student at the university looking for someone to take over in the summer as I won't be around. I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy from mid-June 2024 until mid-September 2024 with negotiable start dates.

The house is quite central as the university is 20 minutes away on foot and the city centre is 20 minutes away on foot as well. Alternatively, there are 66/67 buses to the university and other buses connecting to the city centre as well as the railway station in approximately 20-25 minutes each.
