Hi guys,
I am wondering if anybody would be interested in taking over my tenancy at Abode on Percy’s lane. It is a classic en-suite with plenty of space and such a lovely room. It’s about a 10 minute walk away from the city centre and about a 10 minute walk away from York St John uni. Due to unforeseen circumstances I no longer need this room for next year. You would also get this at a reduced price (rebookers fee).
