I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely 3/4 size bed in a friendly shared house from mid April until the end of our tenancy in July. The ground floor room comes furnished with a 3/4 bed, desk, wardrobe, mirror, and bedside table, so it’s perfect for someone needing a place for the final term or a summer placement in York!
You’ll be sharing with 3 other students who are all very easy going and tidy! It’s a great house with a cozy living room and spacious room, and sits in the perfect location a 15 minute walk from campus and the centre of town.
To help with move in costs, I will pay for 50% of the first month’s rent, once the tenant replacement paperwork is finalised with the landlord!
