Window ledge perfect for reading/working. 2 bed flat just inside the city walls just off Walmgate, 5-10 mins walk to town, right by the Huby Court stop on the U1 bus route, otherwise a 25 minute walk to UoY campus west, 30 mins to east, and a 15 minute walk to YSJ. All bills included in the advertised price (electricity, water and broadband), but fair usage applies for electricity and water as I have direct debits set up with the bill companies. Oven, 4 ring electric hob, washing machine/tumble dryer, dishwasher, full height fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer (and Ninja creami!).
