Single room available for rent in family home, it has single bed, chest of drawers, desk, wardrobe, nice quiet room at the back of the house, use of kitchen and fridge & washer.
I live near the university and over the road from david lloyd gym and bus stop over the road takes you to city centre in 5mins. Prefer quiet / clean & tidy to stay and definitely no party animals. There's a long back garden to sit/eat in when weather permits. I don't allow overnight visitors as this is my home.
The rent is £100 per week or £85 p/wk if its
a mon to fri basis, to be paid 4 weeks in advance and every 4 weeks there after. 4 weeks written notice required & given if either party wishes to terminate agreement.
