Located off Hull Road, near to a co-op. About 10 minute walk from Heslington west campus (Uni of York) and 30 minute walk into town centre. Good bus routes as well.

The room has a double bed with a new mattress, large desk with drawers, built in wardrobe, plentiful storage and chest of drawers.

The house is fully furnished. Shared living room with sofa, tv and dining room table. Kitchen fully equipped although happy for you to bring your own stuff. Yard with bike storage. Free on street parking.

House has two other tenants, one part time Archaeology student and another full-time social worker student. Looking for someone who is clean, friendly, considerate and likes to get on with their housemates. Needs to be LGBTQ+ friendly. Ideally would also be a part time or working student to fit in with the vibe of the house. But happy to meet anyone friendly including professionals.

Rent is £455 a month, bills not included usually around £50-£100 (depending on whether you pay council tax). Deposit £300.

Must be willing to take over the tenancy through IG students estate agents. May require a guarantor.
