I’ve TWO large bright double rooms available immediately til mid/end August. I’m moving, so they would need to be vacated then. The two long term lodgers have just moved out so both rooms have become available now!

It’s a large four bedroomed home in Fulford, near the Uni and town and easy access to shops, the river, buses. It’s a great location!

You’ll have your own large room plus a small cosy lounge to share with the other lodger, as well as your own bathroom to share with him/her.

I’m the (friendly!) landlady and I live entirely downstairs. We three share the good sized kitchen but I don’t share your bathroom or lounge.

There’s room for a car and bikes, plus a really big garden with plenty of space to sit outside
