we're looking for someone to urgently take over a tenancy for this academic year, starting next year/semester (2026) as one of our current housemates isn't able to stay with us for the rest of the academic year for various reasons. start date is immediate (now), or until the start of next year/next semester (2026).

the room is an ensuite, on the ground floor next to the kitchen, with the house being a 30 minute walk to both UoY and YSJ campuses, into town, with local shops (co-op, pharmacy, bakery, takeaways) around 10 minutes away. the rent is around £180pppw with bills included + internet is free. photos are included below. deposit is £450
