Renting out my 3-bed terraced house on Melrosegate in York from July 2026 for £1400 per month (not including bills). The house is currently furnished but can also be let part or unfurnished if that's the preference. It has a reasonably large garden with a log cabin. I've renovated the house about two years ago so it's in good condition and a lovely place to live. The house is energy efficient with an EPC C, has gas central heating, and is council tax band B. There's one parking space in front of the house on the premises but on street parking is also not a problem and free around the area. Both students and working professionals are welcome to inquire.
