We have a 3 bed home and are looking to rent out a large room to a lodger. This isn't a huge house share, it would be with me and my wife only. So ideal if your looking for a quieter more comfortable place to rent.

The room is 4.3m x 3x4m so a pretty decent size.
There is an upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. Living room and dining room. There is also off-street parking.

We are right near a coop for convenience and near both University of York and only 15 min walk to City walls.
