Hi, I'm Simon – a hands-on, friendly landlord, and I'm helping the current housemates at this lovely 4-bedroom house in Badger Hill find their new flatmate. One of the flatmates sadly needs to leave. A furnished double room has come up in a relaxed, easy-going house of two girls and one guy, all York Uni students, just a 10-minute walk to campus. You'll have your own desk and storage, a shared bathroom plus two separate toilets, a spacious lounge, a big kitchen-diner, and a garden to enjoy in the warmer months.

Rent is £195 per week, fully inclusive of gas, electricity, water and superfast Virgin broadband (up to 350Mbps) – no awkward bill-splitting.
