I have a four bedroom house in York with a double room to let (see below for available dates). The house is located on a quiet street just 25 minutes walk from the center of York, and 15 minutes walk from The University of York. It has excellent public transport links, with the City center being only a few minutes away by bus.

The house has a fitted kitchen (including stainless steel gas hob and cooker, stainless steel extractor hood, washing machine, microwave, and large fridge freezer). It has a fully tiled bathroom with power shower, basin and toilet, and the lounge has a leather sofa and flat screen smart TV.

The room available is :

- Double Room (available from 15th January). Rent £650 per month, all bills included.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and a desk.

As stated, the rent includes bills (gas, electricity, water, TV licence, fibre broadband, and council tax Band B).

The house is fully double glazed and has gas central heating, as well as front and rear gardens (which get the sun) and an outbuilding, suitable for bike storage. It also has on street car parking, and has 900mbs unlimited fibre installed.
