You'll preferably be a student with no pets or smoking.

You'll be living in close proximity to York city centre, York Hospital and the universities.

Rent: £800 per month (per room) including bills* (excluding Council Tax).

*The monthly rate includes bills and this amount may increase in future to cover rising costs for electricity/gas etc.
