Spacious double room available in house with myself and my 9 year old daughter.
There is a living room, large kitchen and lovely garden. We have two cats. We have had lodgers for the last few years so are used to sharing our space.

The bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers and bedside table. There is room for a desk and other bits.

The house is approx 30 min walk from University of York or St. John’s and also the City Centre. There are lots of shops close by. It’s a lovely area to live in .

A bit about me… I’m a part time social worker. I love being outdoors, hiking, surfing and exploring new places. I love the Peak District and the Lake District. I am happiest watching the sun rise. I have the wrong bedroom in the house tho as the room available gets the sunrise!

All bills included.

A long term lodger would be ideal but open to shorter arrangements.
