I am looking for a lady to share this house in Balmoral Terrace with me. The two bedrooms in the house are the same size, and both are very tidy and fully furnished. The property can be rented from 01/08/2024 at the earliest and until 17/01/2025 at the latest. The council tax band is band B.

I'm a very easy-going person and like to cook for myself (if you like Chinese food, we can share). I usually go to school on weekdays and may go hiking on weekends, so I'm not at home at most time and use less energy. When I'm at home, I'm usually quiet, so I will not bother you.
