. Myself and my two friends are looking for someone to fill a spare room / tenancy for a 4 bedroom house we have signed with, starting next year starting September 2026. A bit about us, we are first year UoY students, all girls, we are clean, tidy, and we are not: drinkers / smokers / vapers / heavy party people and we are all really friendly and happy for anyone to message 🙂
