Looking for someone to join me on a joint tenancy agreement, start date officially on 01 Nov 2027 but the previous tenant is planning on moving out on the 10th of October so it's flexible.

I currently use one of the rooms as a bedroom and another as an office, the other (leaving) housemate does the same as well.

Furnished living & dining room, kitchen has all standard appliances. The spare room will be unfurnished for you to use as you like. One of your rooms will be furnished as in the image (bedding not included), the other will be empty.

About me:
