The master bedroom (with purple wall in the pic: 4.38X3.3m) is available in a well-kept spacious and beautiful house near the Millennium Bridge, with two bathrooms (upstairs main and downstairs WC) and two living rooms (with hardwood flooring). The bedroom has 2 built-in wardrobes and a small desk. There’s currently no bed in the room, so you can bring your own and make the space your own. I have a spare mattress can be used before you have a more comfortable option!

You’ll be sharing the massive house with me, Xiao (29), a researcher at uni. My current housemate is moving away, so I’m looking for someone to join the tenancy from around December, although the move-in date is negotiable.

- 2 living rooms with one that is open for re-purposes
- the house is partly furnished with the most essential things ready, and the only thing you will need for yourself is a bed (I am chronically on Facebook Market so very happy to help with furniture hunting!)

A little about me: I am a health sociologist who often works from home, but I am a cat reincarnated person so I will be in my own space a lot. Although I am generally very quiet, I’d love a house dinner and catch up from time to time. I enjoy cinema, bouldering and am trying to take up dancing recently but I have no expectation we have the same hobbies although sharing some would be lovely! I am looking for a housemate (preferably a professional or mature student) who is tidy, not too noisy, and kind.
