The rooms are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair, chest of drawers, and a bookcase. All bedrooms and bathroom are double glazed. Shared kitchen and lounge/dining area. There is also a driveway for parking with front and back garden.

Gas and electric are on meters therefore you only pay for what you use. Averages to around £80/month from experience. FREE INTERNET INCLUDED IN MONTHLY RENT.

You will be living with 2 female PhD students who prefer to keep the space clean and quiet.
