York is home to some of the best value-for-money student accommodation. Sublet from May to September. Just outside the door downstairs is the bus stop, and there is a 24-hour front desk where they will assist with delivering packages. It only takes five minutes to walk to the city center. There are also many restaurants nearby downstairs. The original price was 260 pounds per week. Now I'm offering a discounted rate of 200 pounds per week for the rental. The room is on the fourth floor. It is very quiet and clean. There are security gates downstairs, making it very safe. The room is approximately 19 square meters. It has a separate kitchen and toilet, and there are also a toaster and microwave oven for cooking. There are still 24 hours left before the gym closes for free.
