We're looking for a tenancy takeover for September this year due to needing to move out of the city centre. So far we're lived in this studio flat for six months and have loved it. The floors are hardwood, there's lots of natural light, the bathroom is luxurious and the bed is really comfy. There's lots of storage (under bed, wardrobe with four drawers, desk, overhead shelves, laundry cupboard).
They allow pets and have a zero deposit scheme. Parking is also available. There is concierge service 9-5 on weekdays and on Tuesday and Thursdays breakfast is provided - this includes pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, juice etc (will definitely miss that!). They also arrange monthly activities which are free to join - a few months ago we went pottery painting, and they've run matcha masterclasses, journal making, pressed flower art classes and a trip to York Chocolate Factory. There's also a really nice gym.
It's overall a nice place to live and bills are low, it's Council Tax Band B. There's no gas in the property). Both students and professionals can occupy the property and it's free for dual occupants- there are a few couples who live in the studios and we've found there to be enough room for two people plus our cat. The pics are from the YPP website but you're welcome to come view it, too :)
