Hi, we are looking for a student to rent out a double room to replace a previous housemate. All three of us are third-year students at University of York. The house is a 20 minute walk into York centre and a 30 minute walk to the University of York west campus. Students from either Uni are welcome though. We have a shared full bathroom, another separate shower room and a downstairs toilet. Other utilities include a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Rent includes bills, TV licence and Wifi. Council tax Band B, but can get a student exemption.
