We are two gay males (landlord and current lodger) looking for a person to rent our third double room, within our Edwardian townhouse on Bishopthorpe Road (Southbank, York).
The kitchen and bathroom areas are shared, and both the living room and dining areas can be used when not in use by the landlord, unless discussed, but my aim is to be welcoming and for you to use all areas.
Council tax code is D and all bills are included within the price given.
I have a live-in miniature labradoodle (hypoallergenic) named Morgana.
I work from home, so preferably no home workers please.
We are ideally looking for someone who is sociable, clean and dog friendly.
