A double room in 2- bed flat, amazing location just 10 mins walk to the centre.

Comfortable double room available in a really spacious 2-bed flat. Shared spacious living space (open plan with kitchen), bathroom and balcony which I’ve spent the summer making super cosy! I live in the flat too, and looking for someone to fill the room.

The flat is in prime location, just 10mins walk to reach inside the city walls (with plenty of nice restaurants and bars) and 20 mins walk to the train station. Approx 5 mins drive to York hospital, and both universities.

The rent includes shared bills, (not including council tax), TV licence, internet, and parking. There is an allocated parking spot in a private, underground car park (rare in this York!) and place to store bikes.

I work from home around 50% of the time. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, meeting up with friends, and hiking. Looking for someone who will be respectful of shared spaces (tidy) and good to chat with over a cuppa or the occasional meal. Would best suit someone who doesn't work from home all the time.

Ideally someone who wouldn't mind occasionally watering the plants, and LGBTQI+ friendly household. Indoor cats would be super welcome!
