Hi,

This room comes with 2 built in wardrobes and a set of drawers, and the current tenant is willing to sell the bed and mattress for a nominal fee. The house is partially furnished, in a nice area, has a small patio/garden and a parking space.

5 minute walk from a bus stop and convienience store.

I'm a 26 year old non-binary PhD student in Chemistry and have a pet snake (who lives in my room in a Vivarium). I am also a vegan and I don't smoke.
