I’m looking for someone to rent a room in my flat near Silver Street station. (Please send me a message if you are a couple, I'm open to discuss.) I work long hours and I’m often out all weekend, so it’s a pretty calm, independent setup rather than a busy household.

The flat is spacious, modern and well looked after, with a large living area, great views, a big 4K TV/sound system and a proper kitchen that’s fully equipped for cooking or quick meals. There’s a main dining table plus a high table by the windows, which is a really nice spot during the day if you work from home.

You’ll have either a cosy double bedroom with a king-size bed or a larger room - you can choose when you come to view. (Price for larger room is £1,300). Both have a TV and plenty of mirror space. There are two bathrooms in the flat - one is an en-suite (larger room) & the main bathroom has a bath/shower combo.

There’s also a balcony with seating and open views (you can even see Tottenham Hotspur Stadium), which is great in warmer months.

Location-wise it’s super convenient - Costa, Lidl, Sanisbury's, Tesco Express and takeaways are all a short walk away, and transport links are easy for getting around London.

Looking for someone tidy, respectful and easygoing. Ideal for someone who wants a comfortable home base rather than a party flat.
