I'm looking to rent out a small furnished double bedroom in my house. The house has a large communal living space, rear south facing garden, modern kitchen and shared bathroom. All bills including WiFi and cleaning products are included.

Located in N18. Around 10-12 mins walk to Silver Street Weaver line station (6 mins to Seven Sisters, 25 mins to Liverpool St). Good bus links to Bounds Green (Piccadilly line), Walthamstow, Muswell Hill and Wood Green. The house is a 5 min walk from North Middlesex Hospital.

I’m Sam, the live-in landlord. I’m a 32 y/o gay civil servant. I also live with Martin, a 33 y/o gay journalist. We are both nice guys and relatively relaxed. We do sometimes have people over for drinks and dinner etc. We would welcome anyone else who feels they would be a good fit.
