Hi! I’m Ian. I have a spare room available in my terraced house. You’ll have shared use of the entire home, including a good garden (a massive bonus in London!).

I live here too, but I am absent around half the time for travel and work, meaning whoever moves in will often have the house to themselves.
Note: If a group or family is looking for a whole house rental, I am open to discussing renting the entire property out at the right price.

• Silver Street rail station is just a short walk away (direct links to Liverpool Street/Seven Sisters).
