Hello!

I'm looking for a woman, aged 40+, to move in with me and two cats.

The neighbourhood is great. Less than 10 minutes to Archway station, it's quiet, green, peaceful, safe and set within a conservation area.

The flat is a 1 bedroom, so no living room. It is an old flat with quirks …. the flat has high ceilings, our bedrooms are on opposite ends of the flat, the bathroom was refurbished a few years ago and all the windows are double glazed. There’s also a basement and unruly garden…..

The bedroom is unfurnished and a proper double. The room is at the front of the property and the carpet was replaced this year. It's also a very, very sunny room.

I would like to live with a decent, honest, nice, positive, self sufficient and respectful person who communicates and engages. We don't need to besties, but I do want to engage with the person I live with...

You'll have experience of living with cats and genuinely like them. They have free reign so if you don't like them hanging out in your room or sleeping on your bed then this is not the place for you.

I'm easy going and like art, tennis, current affairs, culture, history, laughing, travelling, walking and tons of other stuff .... I work full time for a news/media org doing a standard M-F job and wfh, in the common area, one day a week (usually Fridays).

Current TOTAL monthly bills (est). These generally increase in April each year. Currently it's just under £800 per person, per month.

Council Tax - £184
Internet - £24

There's also a charge for garden waste collection and the usual general household expenses such as cleaning products + toilet paper.

Deposit is £800.

Proof of identity, ability to pay bills and the right to live in the UK required.
